1. Introduction

Welcome to Glociaa Professional ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website located at glociaaprofessional.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products through it. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account using your email address and a password, or sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@glociaaprofessional.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, and product specifications at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We accept payment via:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — payable in cash at the time of delivery.
• Online payment via Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization (for online payments) or order placement (for COD), and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

6. Coupons & Discounts

Coupon codes are subject to the terms specified at the time of issue, including minimum order value, expiry date, and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any coupon or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within [X] business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Free shipping is currently offered on orders above ₹999; a standard shipping charge applies to orders below this amount.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
